2. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
2.1. Contact form
We process name, email, phone, company size, and message content to respond to inquiries and prepare offers (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
2.2. Website analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) only after you consent to analytics cookies (“Accept” on the banner). The Google tag is present in the page with analytics storage denied by default (Google Consent Mode v2); analytics cookies are enabled only after consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable ePrivacy rules).
2.3. Legal claims
We may retain data where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Categories of data
Data you provide voluntarily (contact form) and technical data collected when you use the site (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) — the latter mainly for analytics after consent.
4. Recipients and transfers
Hosting and IT providers within the EU/EEA; Google LLC (Analytics) — possible transfers to the US with appropriate safeguards (SCCs / Data Privacy Framework).
5. Retention
Contact data: for the duration of correspondence and cooperation, then per statutory limitation periods. Analytics cookies: up to 26 months after consent.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent (without affecting prior processing). You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).

7.1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. They help remember your consent choice and — if you agree — measure site usage via Google Analytics.
7.2. Consent categories
- Essential — required for the site to work (e.g. storing your consent decision).
- Analytics — Google Analytics; enabled only after you choose “Accept”.
7.3. Google Consent Mode
Before consent we set default denial for analytics and ad storage. After your choice:

7.4. Managing consent
On first visit you see a banner with Accept / Accept necessary / Reject. Reopen settings anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to content.
8. Security and changes
We use HTTPS and organizational measures to protect data. We may update this policy on sudvid.ai with a new effective date.
